What is a Summer Games Pass?

A Summer Games pass gives pass holders the ability to bowl three games every weekday (Mon-Fri) from open until 8 pm and weekends (Sat & Sun) from open until 4 pm at participating locations. The program begins May 21, 2018, and lasts all summer long through Labor Day, September 3, 2018. Prices, hours, and pass types can vary by location. "Passes" are only valid at the location selected during registration; "Passports" may be used at any participating AMF, Bowlero, Bowlmor or Brunswick Zone locations. Is shoe rental included?

Yes! Shoe rental is included with both Kids and Adult Passes and Passports at all participating locations.

When are my Passes valid?

Based on lane availability, Passes can be used Monday - Friday from open until 8 PM and Saturday and Sunday from open to 4 PM. Passes are valid from May 21, 2018 through September 3, 2018. Please keep in mind, lane availability is subject to change based on league and private party commitments; so we recommend you call your preferred location prior to your visit to confirm. What is the difference between a "Pass" and a "Passport"?

"Passes" are location-specific and can only be used at the center of purchase. "Passports" may be used at any participating AMF, Bowlmor, Bowlero or Brunswick Zone location, but must be picked up at the home location you select when purchasing. Can my Pass be used at any location?

Only Passport Passes can be used across participating AMF, Bowlmor, Bowlero or Brunswick Zone locations. A regular Child Pass or Adult Pass can only be used at the location you selected when purchasing.

What if I want to upgrade my Pass to a Passport?

You can upgrade your Pass at any time by visiting the location you originally purchased your Pass. You will need to pay the price difference between your current Pass and the Passport option to complete your upgrade. Unfortunately, your Pass cannot be upgraded online.

Are Passes and Passports available at all participating locations?

Yes! Customers can purchase Passes and/or Passports at any participating location or online. Visit www.BowlSummerGames.com for more details.

Why do I have to select a home location for my Passport if I can use it at any location?

Your home location is where you pick up your Summer Games Pass/Passport.

When does my Summer Games Pass expire?

Summer Games Passes and Passports are valid from May 21, 2018 through September 3, 2018. September 3, 2018, is the LAST day that the pass can be used.

What is the difference between a Child and Adult Pass?

The Child Pass is for children ages 15 and under. The Adult Pass is for guests ages 16 and over.

How much does a Child/Adult Pass or Passport cost?

How do I purchase a Pass?

You can purchase your Passes online or in-person at any participating location. To purchase your Pass or Passport online, visit www.BowlSummerGames.com . If you purchase a Pass online, you must pick it up at the home location you selected at time of purchase.

Can I purchase a Pass at any time?

Yes. Passes will be available for purchase during our presale and at any time throughout the program.

Can I purchase more than one Pass?

Yes! There is a limit of 10 passes per Pass type when purchasing online. If you have any concerns, just give us a call at 1-800-342-5263 or email guestservice@bowlerocorp.com.

How will I receive my passes if I purchase them online?

When purchasing your Passes online, simply print your order confirmation and bring it with you to the home location selected at time of purchase. Present your order confirmation at the front desk and you will be issued your Pass(es). Summer Games Passes can be picked up at any time. The Summer Games Arcade Add-on may be picked up any time.

What is the Arcade Add-on/Bonus offer?

As a Summer Games Pass holder, you’re entitled to our arcade bonus offer, which is 80 arcade credits for only $19.95 (a $40 value). You MUST purchase the Arcade Add-on with your initial Summer Games pass purchase. You can purchase an Arcade Add-on online or at a location, with your initial Summer Games Pass purchase, starting on April 1, 2018. Guests may purchase up to FIVE Arcade Add-ons per Pass/Passport at the time of pass purchase. The Arcade Add-on may be picked up anytime.

I already bought my Summer Games Pass, but now I want to add the Arcade Add-on/Bonus Offer. How can I purchase it?

Unfortunately, the Arcade Add On can only be purchased with the INITIAL Summer Games Pass purchase. This bonus offer cannot be purchased as a standalone item online or at a location; it needs to be purchased with your INITIAL Pass or Passport purchase. Arcade Add-on cards are only valid at participating locations. Please visit www.BowlSummerGames.com for more information.

How many Arcade Add-on/Bonus offers can I purchase?

Each Summer Games Pass/Passport entitles you to up to FIVE Arcade Add-ons; all Arcade Add-on purchases must be included in your INITIAL Pass/Passport purchase.

After I purchase an Arcade Add-on, can I add more credits to it?

Yes! You can reload your arcade card at any card refill station; however, the bonus offer of $19.95 for 80 credits can only be purchased up front with initial Summer Games Pass purchase.

Does my arcade card expire?

No! There is no expiration date for arcade cards or credits.

What if I lose my Arcade card?

Unfortunately, we are not able to replace lost, stolen, or damaged arcade cards.

What if I change my mind and want a refund?

Refunds will be issued only if requested prior to the Summer Games program start date (May 21, 2018). No full or pro-rated refunds will be issued after May 21, 2018. If you have any additional questions, please contact Guest Services at 1-800-342-5263 or email guestservice@bowlerocorp.com

What if I lose my Summer Games Pass?

Please visit the home location where you initially picked up your Pass so one of our associates can assist you.

What if I forget to bring my pass with me?

If necessary, we are able to identify members by verifying their email addresses and/or phone numbers, but to get on the lanes in the quickest, easiest way possible, it's best to always bring the member’s pass.

Will my old membership card from last year still work?

No. Any membership cards or passes from previous Summer Games programs are not valid and will not be honored.

Can lanes be reserved for the Summer Games program?

No. The Summer Games program is based on lane availability and no lanes can be reserved in advance. The program is not intended for larger parties. If you need to reserve lanes for large groups of children or adults, please contact our Event Planners at groupevents@bowlerocorp.com. They will be able to provide you with more detailed information about our popular camp, kids, and daycare packages and our discounted rates for large group events.
